Dear Valued Customer,

We hope that you, your families, and your teams are safe during this difficult and uncertain time. Our thoughts are with everyone across the region who has been affected by the current events.

We are writing to provide you with an update on Dayim Equipment Rental & Dayim Truck Rental operations in light of the current security situation in the Gulf region.

The safety of our employees, customers, and partners is our highest priority. We want to assure you that Dayim has activated its Business Continuity Plan across all GCC operations and is closely monitoring developments in every country where we operate.

Current Operational Status:

Dayim remains fully operational across all countries in which we operate. Our office-based staff have transitioned to work-from-home arrangements to ensure their safety. All field services continue wherever it is safe to do so and in accordance with local authority guidance. Operations in Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Jizan, continue as normal.

What We Are Doing:

– Our Equipment and Trucks Crisis Management Team is meeting daily to assess the evolving situation and coordinate our regional response.
– All equipment on hire has been accounted for and secured, and we are in regular contact with site supervisors at every active location.
– We have verified backup supply chains for critical equipment and consumables.
– Staff safety protocols have been activated, including shelter-in-place and evacuation procedures where required.

What This Means for Your Services:

At this time, we do not anticipate disruption to our contracted services. Should any constraints arise affecting deliveries, lead times, logistics, or staffing, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

We also want you to know that our team is available to discuss any emergency requirements you may have during this period. If you have urgent operational needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to your usual Dayim contact or our regional offices and we will do everything we can to support you.

We will continue to provide you with regular updates as the situation develops. Should you require any further information in the meantime, please contact your usual Dayim representative.

We remain committed to supporting your operations wherever it is safe to do so, and we thank you for your continued trust in Dayim.

Warm regards,
